CENTRE MANAGEMENT
Centre Management is located at the northern end of the centre adjacent to ALDI Supermarket. The office is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Here you can find information regarding Q Super Centre’s retailers, trading hours, lost and found property, casual and permanent leasing and any other general enquiries.

JUSTICE OF THE PEACE SERVICE
Q Super Centre offers a complimentary Justice of the Peace service to customers. The JP Volunteers will be of service 6 days a week – Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please note that the Justice of the Peace service will not be available at Q on Public Holidays. The JP service is now permanently located next door to ALDI Supermarket. No appointment is necessary.

DISABLED ACCESS
Q Super Centre has around 21 disabled parking bays in priority and accessible locations. The centre is one flat level, with all entry points and 80 retailers fully accessible by wheelchairs and motorised scooter. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire from the Centre Management during open hours (9 am to 5pm). Special arrangements can be made outside of office opening hours with security. Photo ID is required to borrow them.
PARENT’S FACILITY
The Parent’s Room is located between Q Growers Market and Flowers on Q. Our parent’s room is fully equipped with a private nursing room, change tables, a microwave and a separate toilet.
ATM’s AVAILABLE
Q Super Centre offers a convenient range of ATMs – BOQ. Bendigo Bank and ATMx.
PAYPHONE
A FREE Telstra Payphone is located by the Taxi pick-up zone.
WHEELCHAIRS
A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge, at Centre Management, during office hours. A photo ID is required to borrow them.
EV CHARGING STATIONS
Q Super Centre offers four EV fast charging stations. These four separate vehicle spots are located at the northern end of the centre. The EV Chargers are located facing the canal, directly in front of the Aldi cut-through.

Q COMMUNITY LIBRARY
You will find the Q Community Library next door to GK Nails. Shoppers can stop and browse an ever-changing selection of books which are free to borrow, and can either be returned or exchanged for another book.
